Description of obverse and reverse
Obverse: in the centre the coin depicts the State Emblem of the Trans-Dniester Moldavian Republic (is made with gilding). There are inscriptions along the rim: on the top it reads: (Trans-Dniester Republican Bank), and beneath – «5 ÐÓÁËÅÉ» (5 Roubles). Under the emblem is the mintage year of the coin - «2008».
In the centre of the reverse there is à close up image of the attack’s fragment. The figures of the soldiers, officer and flag are gold-plated. On the top from the left to the right it reads:”55 Ï.ÏÎÄÎËÜÑÊÈÉ Ï.» (“55 infantry regiment of Podolsk.).
