Description of obverse and reverse

Obverse: : in the centre of the disc is the emblem of the Bank of Russia (double-headed eagle with the spread wings), below which is the semicircular inscription “ÁÀÍÊ ÐÎÑÑÈÈ”(Bank of Russia), framed with a circle of small dots and inscriptions along the rim: on the top it reads:”ÎÄÍÀ ÒÛÑß×À ÐÓÁËÅÉ” (One thousand roubles), at the bottom: on the left: the metal’s designation and its alloy ,in the centre: the issue date “2008 “, on the right: the chemically pure metal content and the trade mark of the mint.
Reverse: The image of the extinct volcano with a mirror reflection of its top on the water surface, at the foot of the volcano there are trees, on the top there is a round inscription: “ÂÓËÊÀÍÛ ÊÀÌ×ÀÒÊÈ” (Kamchatka’s volcanoes ).
