Description of obverse and reverse

Obverse: in the central part, a stylized image of the “Mona Lisa” portrait – one of the most famous painting of Vinci. On the right side, a vertical inscription in Catalonian language: “PRINC IPAT D’AND ORRA” (Principality of Andorra). At the bottom, on the left, the Coat of Arms of the Principality of Andorra; below it, the Mint’s Mark: M/W. Under the “Mona Lisa”, on the right side, a year of issue, 2008 and a nominal value of the coin, 10 D.
Reverse: in the left corner, a self-portrait of Leonardo da Vinci. On the right of the portrait, a stylised inscription: “Leonardo da Vinci 1452-1519”. At the background, a stylized image of the world-renowned “Vitruvian Man” drawing with accompanying notes created by Leonardo da Vinci.
