Description of obverse and reverse

Obverse: in the centre of the disc is the emblem of the Bank of Russia, framed with a circle of small dots and inscriptions along the rim: on the top it reads: “ÒÐÈ ÐÓÁËß” (Three roubles), at the bottom: on the left – the metal’s designation, its alloy and the trade mark of the mint, in the centre there is the mintage year “2008 “, on the right is the chemically pure metal content and the trade mark of the mint.
Reverse: in the oval frame on the right in the background of the house-museum there is an inscription of P.I. Chaikovsky, below there is an inscription in two lines: ”ÄÎÌ ×ÀÉÊÎÂÑÊÎÃÎ Â ÂÎÒÊÈÍÑÊÅ” (Chaikovsky’s house in Votkinsk), on the top on the matted frame with the ornament there is an octangle solar sign and the inscription by the circle “ÓÄÌÓÐÒÈß” (Udmurtia).
