*** IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Dear participants, the Organizing Committee of COINS-2010 draws your attention to the conditions of the participation of foreign companies in the exhibition. Due to the particularities of the Russian customs legislation on importation and exportation in/from Russia coins and other precious metals products there are two ways of participation in the exhibition:
1. To DEMONSTRATE coins at the exhibition without sale.
In this case the coins are temporarily imported to Russia under the customs treatment “temporary importation” for demonstration at the exhibition. In this case the retail sale of coins is prohibited.
The organizers of COINS-2010 gives the contact details of the customs broker in St. Petersburg which provides services on customs processing of the temporarily imported precious metals coins.
We draw your attention that the Organizing Committee does not render intermediary services on customs processing. All the issues regarding the coins importation to Russia (for demonstration at the exhibition) must be resolved directly with the broker.
Taking into consideration the peculiarities of the customs legislation in Russia, we kindly ask you to begin the preparations for coins importation to Russia in advance, beginning from 1 February 2010 and maximally exactly follow the customs broker’s instructions. These instructions will be given to you.
2. To SALE coins at the exhibition.
To sale the coins at the exhibition a foreign company should have a partner in Russia (Russian enterprise) which imports the coins to Russia in advance. Only the partner – Russian legal body (enterprise) possesses the right to sale the coins at the exhibition.
