Organizing committee offers visa support to the conference delegates and provides documents required for getting tourist visa and business visa invitation for getting business visa.
For getting tourist visa the hotel provides you with a confirmation of reception of the foreign citizen and a voucher. Please note that visa support documents for the delegates staying in the Holiday Inn St. Petersburg – Moskovskye Vorota Hotel are provided by the hotel free of charge.
The prices for the business visa invitation are quoted in the business visa invitation form. There are 2 options: you can get a paper invitation or a telex invitation.
Paper invitation is the original paper document which will be sent to you by courier post. Please note that courier delivery expenses are not included into the rates.
Telex invitation is an invitation which is sent directly to the consulate by fax. Its copy with the telex number will be sent to you by fax.
To receive visa support documents please send the attached form to the Organizing Committee as soon as possible!
