The Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel and the Organizing Committee offer visa support to the participants of COINS-2012 and provide documents required for getting Russian tourist visa and business visa invitation for getting Russian business visa.

Russian Tourist Visa

The support documents for receiving Russian tourist visa are provided for the participants staying in The Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel and Business Center. There is no charge for this visa support service. However, if your reservation is cancelled, or you do not check in on the date of arrival, then the non-refundable amount of 3500 RUR (including 18% VAT) will be charged to your credit card.

The hotel provides you with two documents (by fax or email): a confirmation of reception of the foreign citizen and a voucher.

Russian Business Visa

There are 2 options for getting Russian business visa invitation: you can get a paper invitation or a telex invitation.

1) Paper invitation is a paper document which will be sent to you by courier post.

2) Telex invitation is an invitation which is sent directly to the consulate by fax. Its copy with the telex number will be sent to you by fax.

ATTENTION: Please note that sometimes several weeks are required to get Russian visa. We recommend you to contact Russian embassy or consulate in your country for exact information about periods of making Russian visa in advance to have enough time to receive Russian visa.
